HomeMy WebLinkAboutsecond addendum to Professional Services AgreementSECOND ADDENDUM TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, Kittitas County (“County”) and the Washington State Association of Counties
(WSAC) entered into a professional services agreement dated December 15, 2015; and
WHEREAS, that agreement has been extended through amendment previously, including most
recently on September 6, 2016 through June 30, 2017; and
WHEREAS, the tasks contemplated in that professional services agreements are not yet
completed, nor the funds that were allocated yet spent; and
WHEREAS, section 12 of the general conditions section provides for written amendment; and
WHEREAS, the County and WSAC wish to amend the termination date, found in Exhibit “A”, to
October 21, 2017; and
WHEREAS, the County and WSAC intend all other terms and conditions of the agreement to
remain in full force and effect.
County and WSAC hereby amend the professional services agreement, originally dated
December 15, 2015, by extending the termination date to October 31, 2017, and leaving all other terms
and conditions in full force and effect.
