Please present to the Board of Commissioners for Kittitas County, Washington, this
application for advertising for re -sale Kittitas County tax title property described as follows, to

I hereby guarantee to make a minimum bid of $ 4 cil?,+oL on the day of re -sale, for
the above described property, if the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners will issue an order
for advertising and sale of the same.
Enclosed herewith find $75.00 for deposit, which shall be forfeited to Kittitas County as
liquidated damages if there should be no bid for the above described property on the day of sale.
If applicant should be the highest bidder on the day of the sale, the above deposit is to be
applied on the purchase price, expense of advertising, deed or contract, and recording expense.
If the highest bidder on the day of sale should be someone other than the applicant, the
purchaser is required to pay the above described expense in addition to his or her bid, and the
$75.00 deposit shall be refunded by the Kittitas County Treasurer to the applicant.
