RE: Request to consider an Application for Resale of Tax Title Properties
Background: The Kittitas County Treasurer’s Office has received a
completed application for the resale of tax title parcels
#17128 and #934735.
Interaction: The Treasurer has reviewed information related to these
parcels and would like to recommend that the
Commissioners approve this sale.
Recommendation: The Treasurer has directed his staff to prepare Excise
documents and Deeds in preparation for filing should the
sale of these properties go through.
