AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: July 18, 2017
ACTION REQUESTED: Acknowledge BoE Members Jessica Hutchinson and Reta
Hutchinson change in position on the BoE.
BACKGROUND: The Board of Equalization has 3 regular positions and 2 alternate
positions.
INTERACTION: On June 27, 2017 Staff received a letter from Board Clerk Debbie
Myers requesting the Board of County Commissioners consider a
request acknowledging the requested change of Reta Hutchinson
to the Alternate position #1 on the Board of Equalization and
moving Jessica Hutchinson from the Alternate position #1 to a
regular position.
RECOMMENDATION: Acknowledge Jessica Hutchinson taking the regular position #3
leaving Alternate #1 position. Acknowledge Reta Hutchinson
leaving Regular Position #3 and taking Alternate position #1 on
the Board of Equalization.
HANDLING: BoCC Staff to update the County Boards and Commissions page,
and notify Board Clerk of the Board’s final decision.
