ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners ratifies the signature of the Administrative Assistant on the Amendment 1 to
the contract between the State of Washington Department of Ecology and Kittitas County Public Health
Department. (DOE Amendment approved at the June 19th BOCC agenda session)
BACKGROUND:
The Amendment 1 to the contract between the State of Washington Department of Ecology and Kittitas Coun ty
Public Health Department was signed by the Administrative Supervisor in the absence of the Administrator due to
time constraints.
