ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the resolution to adopt the Kittitas County Public
Health Departments Emergency Operations Plan.
BACKGROUND:
The Kittitas County Public Health Department Emergency Operation Plan is a practical guide
that helps staff prepare for an emergency and defines the role and responsibilities as a
department employee in the event of an emergency or disaster. The 2017 updated plan
supersedes all previous emergency operation or emergency response plans.

Health Departments Emergency Operations Plan.
