AGENDA DATE: July 18, 2017
ACTION REQUESTED: Consider the reappointment of Douglas
Hannon to the Kittitas County Horticultural
Pest and Disease Board.
BACKGROUND: As of June 30, 2017 there are four vacant
positions on the Horticultural Pest & Disease
Board. Staff sent letters on June 13, 2017
notifying members that their terms will be
expiring soon.
INTERACTION: On June 21, 2017 the BoCC received a letter
from current member Douglas Hannon
requesting the Board reappoint him for
another term.
RECOMMENDATION: Reappoint Douglas Hannon for another two
year term.
HANDLING: Deputy Clerk of the Board to notify the Mr.
Hannon and the Kittitas County Horticultural
Pest and Disease Board of the BoCC’s decision,
as well as update the County website.
