AGENDA DATE: June 20, 2017
ACTION REQUESTED: Signature of final mylar granting final approval for the plat of Miners Camp (LP-
16-00002)
BACKGROUND: On August 16, 2016, the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners granted
preliminary approval to the plat of Miners Camp (LP-16-00002), and on September
6, 2016 signed Resolution No. 2016-115 adopting the findings of fact, conclusions
of law, and conditions of approval for the plat. The plat consists of subdivision of
8.26 acres into 21 single-family residential lots with open space tracts located at the
Suncadia Master Planned Resort.
The applicant is requesting final mylar approval for this plat. Staff has reviewed
the final mylar and finds that the conditions required by Resolution No. 2016-115
have been met and the plat is consistent with the applicable provisions of the
Suncadia Development Agreement and Kittitas County Code. The mylar has been
reviewed by all reviewing departments, and all signatures have been obtained.
INTERACTION: Board of Commissioners, Community Development Services, Public Works,
Public Health, Treasurer, Assessor’s Office, Auditor’s Office
RECOMMENDATION: Signature of the Chair on the mylar for final plat approval of the plat of Miners
Camp (LP-16-00002)
HANDLING: Return signed mylar to staff for transmittal to authorized agent for recording.
