ACTION REQUESTED: Signature of final mylar granting final approval for the plat of The Legacy at
Suncadia (LP-17-00002)
BACKGROUND: On May 2, 2017, the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners granted preliminary
approval to the plat of The Legacy at Suncadia (LP-17-00002), and on May 16,
2017 signed Resolution No. 2017-086 adopting the findings of fact, conclusions of
law, and conditions of approval for the plat. The plat consists of subdivision of a
portion of an approximately 16.6-acre parcel into 40 lots at the Suncadia Master
Planned Resort.
The applicant is requesting final mylar approval for this plat. Staff has reviewed
the final mylar and finds that the conditions required by Resolution No. 2017-086
have been met and the plat is consistent with the applicable provisions of the
Suncadia Development Agreement and Kittitas County Code. The mylar has been
reviewed by all reviewing departments, and all signatures have been obtained.
INTERACTION: Board of Commissioners, Community Development Services, Public Works,
Public Health, Treasurer, Assessor’s Office, Auditor’s Office
RECOMMENDATION: Signature of the Chair on the mylar for final plat approval of the plat of The Legacy
at Suncadia (LP-17-00002).
HANDLING: Return signed mylar to staff for transmittal to authorized agent for recording.
