ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes Amendment 1 to the Contract C1600148
between the State of Washington DOE and KCPHD. (Effective dates: June 5, 2017-June 30,
2017)
BACKGROUND:
The Department of Ecology Amendment allows for a shift of up to $8,000.00 between payroll
items and non-payroll items, subject to ecology’s written approval per budget table provided.

Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on June 13, 2017
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on June 13, 2017
RECOMMENDATION:
