AGENDA DATE: June 20, 2017
ACTION REQUESTED: Approve Amendment No. 1 to Contract C1600097 between the
State of Washington Department of Ecology and the Kittitas
County Board of Commissioners.
BACKGROUND: Chairman Jewell has requested the Board to consider
Amendment No. 1 to Contract C1600097 between the State of
Washington Department of Ecology and the Kittitas County
Board of Commissioners. It is to purchase Mitigation Water and
Metering Equipment. The period of performance is extended
from June 30, 2017 to June 30, 2018. The budget amendment is
increased by $250,000.00 with a new total contract amount of
$750,000.00.
INTERACTION: The Department of Ecology representative is Kelsey Collins.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to approve Amendment No. 1 to Contract C1600097
between the State of Washington Department of Ecology and
Kittitas County Board of Commissioners.
HANDLING: 2 originals for signature - Polly Zehm, Deputy Director
DOE to return 1 fully executed original to Clerk of the Board
