KITTITAS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: June 20, 2017 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Approve Amendment No. 1 to Contract C1600097 between the <br />State of Washington Department of Ecology and the Kittitas <br />County Board of Commissioners. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: Chairman Jewell has requested the Board to consider <br />Amendment No. 1 to Contract C1600097 between the State of <br />Washington Department of Ecology and the Kittitas County <br />Board of Commissioners. It is to purchase Mitigation Water and <br />Metering Equipment. The period of performance is extended <br />from June 30, 2017 to June 30, 2018.
