AGENDA DATE: June 20, 2017
ACTION REQUESTED: Resolution for Approval of Big Creek Trails PUD Rezone Final
Development Plan (RZ-15-00001)
BACKGROUND: The Kittitas Board of County Commissioners approved the Final Development Plan
for the Big Creek Trails Planned Unit Development Rezone on June 6, 2017. The
attached resolution provides the document to enable and finalize this approval.
INTERACTION: CDS, Board of County Commissioners
ATTACHMENTS: Proposed resolution approving the final development plan for Big Creek Trails (RZ-
15-00001)

RECOMMENDATION: CDS Director recommends the Board of County Commissioners sign the resolution.
