AGENDA ITEM STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: June 20. 2017
ACTION REQUESTED: Schedule a public hearing on July 18, 2017 at 2:00 pm to consider
equipment surplus to Kittitas County's needs and authorize disposal of
same in accordance with RCW 36.34.080.
BACKGROUND: The following equipment is surplus to the county's needs:

The Department of Public Works requests that a public hearing be held on July 18, 2017 at
2:00pm to declare the above listed equipment surplus to the county's needs and authorize
disposal of same. The Department of Public Works plans to surplus the equipment in
accordance with RCW 36.34.080.
RECOMMENDATION: Set a public hearing to consider equipment surplus to the county's needs and
authorize disposal of same.
