KITTITAS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: June 20, 2017 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Reappoint Jeff Raap to the Kittitas County <br />Water Conservancy Board. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: Currently there are two vacancies on the Water <br />Conservancy Board - Alternate #1 & #2 <br />positions. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: On June 9, 2017 our office received a letter <br />from Mr. Raap asking the Board to consider <br />reappointing him for a full 6 year term. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Appoint Mr. Raap to the Water Conservancy <br />Board for a six year term effective immediately <br />and expiring on April 5, 2023. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Staff to notify the Water Conservancy Board <br />Clerk and Mr. Raap of the Board’s decision. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Letter from Mr. Raap <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II.
