The subject property is zoned as a Master Planned Resort <br /> <br /> One tax parcel, located 1 mile west of Roslyn, in a portion of Section 19, T20N, R15E, <br />WM, in Kittitas County. Assessor’s map number: 20-15-19055-0003. <br /> <br /> The subject property is located within the Master Planned Resort zoning designation <br />(Suncadia). <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Staff will present enabling documents for approval at the June 20th agenda session as <br />required. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the Board sign the resolution approving the Highway 9 Preliminary Plat <br />(LP-17-00005). <br /> <br />HANDLING: None <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Resolution for signatures. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Dusty Pilkington, Staff Planner
