<br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: June 20 2017 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) consider the <br />recommendation list from the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee <br />(LTAC) regarding the Tourism-Related, Large-Scale Municipality- <br />Owned Capital Projects and Operations Applications for 2017. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Lodging Tax Advisory Committee (LTAC) met in an open public <br />meeting on May 24, 2017 and reviewed and rated the Tourism- <br />Related, Large-Scale Municipality-Owned Capital Projects and <br />Operations Grant Applications. The LTAC voted to forward the nine <br />grant applications which received a score of 50 points and above to <br />the BOCC for review. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Capital Projects approved by the BOCC will be reviewed and <br />monitored by the Technical Review Team (TRT) for project <br />feasibility and any scope of work modifications, which would also <br />require BOCC approval. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request the BOCC consider the recommendation list from the LTAC <br />regarding the Large-scale, municipality-owned capital project and <br />Operations grant applications for 2017. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Original – Clerk of the Board <br /> Copy – LTAC <br /> Copy-Auditor <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: LTAC Recommendation <br /> Large Scale Grant Applications <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Debbie Myers, LTAC Clerk <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
