MAY 8, 2017 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Paul Jewell; Vice Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz and Commissioner Obie O’Brien. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Julie <br />Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Jill Scheffer, Event Center Director <br />and one member of the public. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Jewell opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending May 5, 2017. <br /> <br />REQUEST COUNTY NOISE ORDINANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Brien moved to approve a request for a waiver to the <br />County Noise Ordinance from Pat Simpson, with Suncadia Resort to <br />host the Russell Wilson Celebrity Invitational Annual Charity Golf <br />Tournament, Auction and Concert on 6/26/2017 @ the Inn at Suncadia, <br />until 11:00 p.m. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION LARGE COKE STAGE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz reviewed an e-mail from Rick Spence, CERA <br />Rodeo Board who was inquiring on the use of the Large Coke Stage for <br />the following dates as well as what the cost would be. She indicated <br />that the dates he was requesting are 6/3/2017 – Harry Stock; <br />7/1/2017 – Pioneer Days and the Cle Elum Roundup Rodeo on July 28, <br />29 and 30 of 2017.
