AGENDA DATE: May 16th, 2017
ACTION REQUESTED: Sign Resolution approving the Legacy at Suncadia Plat (LP-17-00002).
BACKGROUND: On May 2nd, the Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners voted (3-0) to approve
the Legacy at Suncadia Plat (LP-17-00002), and instructed Community Development
Services staff to prepare enabling documents.
INTERACTION: Staff has prepared enabling documents for approval of the Legacy at Suncadia Plat (LP-17-
00002).
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the Board sign enabling documents for approval of the Legacy at
Suncadia Plat (LP-17-00002).
HANDLING: None
