ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the signature of the Administrator on the
Cannon Solutions America.
BACKGROUND:
The agreement is between Cannon Solutions and KCPHD for the lease of the Cannon copy
machine for a 60 month lease for a total of $11,361.00. (Effective dates: 04/01/2017-
04/01/2022)
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutors: The Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office reviewed and approved the
Cannon Solutions agreement on April 25, 2017.
Kittitas County Auditors: The Kittitas County Auditor’s Office reviewed and approved the
Cannon Solutions agreement on April 12, 2017.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes t he signature of the Administrator on the
Cannon Solutions agreement.
HANDLING:
Clerk of the board send notice of the approval to the Kittitas County Auditor’s Office
