Kittitas County <br />Public Health Office <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />05/02/2017 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the signature of the Administrator on the <br />Cannon Solutions America. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The agreement is between Cannon Solutions and KCPHD for the lease of the Cannon copy <br />machine for a 60 month lease for a total of $11,361.00. (Effective dates: 04/01/2017- <br />04/01/2022) <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutors: The Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office reviewed and approved the <br />Cannon Solutions agreement on April 25, 2017. <br /> <br />Kittitas County Auditors: The Kittitas County Auditor’s Office reviewed and approved the <br />Cannon Solutions agreement on April 12, 2017. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes t he signature of the Administrator on the <br />Cannon Solutions agreement. <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br />Clerk of the board send notice of the approval to the Kittitas County Auditor’s Office <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />Robin Read <br />
