ACTION REQUESTED:
Approve resolution granting consent to sublease
BACKGROUND:
The County and CWU entered into a lease for property at the airport in 1992. The lease requires the
County's consent before a sublease can occur. CWU wishes to sublease a portion of the subject property to
DNR to store a helicopter during the fire season. This appears in the public interest, and so such consent
makes sense.
