KITTITAS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: May 2, 2017 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Approve an Amendment to a Professional Services Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and Kittitas County Chamber (Lodging <br />Tax Services). <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The County has a contract in place with the Kittitas County <br />Chamber of Commerce to provide tourism promotion and <br />marketing services that is funded by lodging tax revenues. <br />This Amendment would allow additional language to the <br />scope of work and to the budget for the chamber to <br />purchase I-pads and to develop a digital survey tool for <br />events to use. It would be the Chambers responsibility to <br />work with events to conduct the surveys, compile the data, <br />and provide it to the County as well as the respective <br />events. This amendment will specify the new tasks and <br />includes funding of up to $3,000.00. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Prosecutors Office reviewed the Amendment (Camas <br />#38276). <br /> <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Amendment to PSA between Kittitas County and <br />Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce. <br /> <br /> <br />HANDLING: 1 - Clerk of the Board <br /> 1 – Kittitas County Chamber <br /> 1 – Copy to LTAC Clerk <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Amendment to PSA between Kittitas County and Kittitas County <br />& Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce and PA’s Service <br />Request. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Chairman Paul Jewell
