AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: May 2, 2017
ACTION REQUESTED: Review and Acknowledge the 2017 Contract and Statement of
Work between the Bureau of Land Management and the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office.
BACKGROUND: The Sheriff’s Office and the Bureau of Land Management have had
an extensive relationship in years past. The purpose of this order is to obtain Law
Enforcement services as needed to assist the Bureau of Land Management in
administration and regulation of the use and occupancy of the public lands which the
Bureau oversees.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has reviewed and
approved.
RECOMMENDATION: Review and Acknowledge the 2017 Contract and Statement of
Work between the Bureau of Land Management and the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office.
HANDLING: No handling required.
LEAD STAFF: Command Staff.
