KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF’S OFFICE <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: Tuesday, April 18, 2017 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve Professional Services Agreement Annual <br />Renewal between Kittitas County and Government Payment Service, Inc. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: This agreement is to renew and extend our current Professional <br />Service Agreement between Kittitas County and Government Payment Service. This <br />Agreement will expire on April 1, 2018. This vendor provides the capability for County <br />Corrections to take online bail payments and for the Sheriff’s Office to take customer <br />payments for services for which a fee is charged (e.g., CPLs and civil papers). <br /> <br />INTERACTION: This professional services agreement was reviewed and approved by <br />the Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve Professional Services Agreement Annual <br />Renewal between Kittitas County and Government Payment Service, Inc. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Please return two sets of signed originals to Kittitas County Sheriff’s <br />Office for obtaining signatures from Government Payment Service, Inc. The Sheriff’s <br />Office will send one fully executed original to the Clerk once it is received back. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Commander Paula Hoctor
