ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve Professional Services Agreement Annual
Renewal between Kittitas County and Government Payment Service, Inc.
BACKGROUND: This agreement is to renew and extend our current Professional
Service Agreement between Kittitas County and Government Payment Service. This
Agreement will expire on April 1, 2018. This vendor provides the capability for County
Corrections to take online bail payments and for the Sheriff’s Office to take customer
payments for services for which a fee is charged (e.g., CPLs and civil papers).
INTERACTION: This professional services agreement was reviewed and approved by
the Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve Professional Services Agreement Annual
Renewal between Kittitas County and Government Payment Service, Inc.
HANDLING: Please return two sets of signed originals to Kittitas County Sheriff’s
Office for obtaining signatures from Government Payment Service, Inc. The Sheriff’s
Office will send one fully executed original to the Clerk once it is received back.
