Request #38072 - Interlocal Agreement with City of Ellensburg (re Use of Reed
Park)
Initial request:
Attached is an interlocal agreement drafted by the city of Ellensburg regarding the county's use
of Reed Park (the park on Craig's Hill above the Event Center). Reed Park was donated by the
County to the City. The County retained rights to the property during events at the Event Center.
This interlocal agreement lays out the term for the county exercising its rights.

Resolution:
This seems basically fine. The second "Whereas" should read "more fully stated." I assume
that, even though we're charging an admission for our event, because it's in the City limits,
Ellensburg gets the admission tax, not the County.
