AGENDA DATE: April 11, 2017
ACTION REQUESTED: Shoreline Substantial Development Permit Resolution for Approval of SD-
15-00002, Big Creek Trails
BACKGROUND: An approval of SD-15-00002, Big Creek PUD was made by the Board of County
2017 to approve the Substantial Development Permit at a closed public hearing on
March 21, 2017. The attached resolution provides the document to enable and
finalize this approval and fulfills the obligation of the applicant in meeting one
condition of the approved RZ-15-00001 Big Creek Planned Unit Development.
INTERACTION: CDS, Board of County Commissioners
ATTACHMENTS: Proposed Resolution Approving the SD-15-00002 application

RECOMMENDATION: CDS Director recommends to the Board of County Commissioners to sign the
resolution.
