ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing the Amendment
to the Fee Schedule for Kittitas County Sheriff s Office to Charge an Optional Fee for
Lamination of Concealed Pistol Licenses.
BACKGROUND: The purpose of this Resolution is to add to the Sheriff s Office fee
schedule a fee of $1.00 for the optional lamination of Concealed Pistol Licenses
processed by the Kittitas County Sheriff's Office as a convenience to those who desire
that service. This fee schedule was originally set by Resolution 2004-02. All proceeds of
this fee will be deposited into the General Fund, tracked separately via coding, and
earmarked exclusively for the account of the Sheriff.
INTERACTION: This resolution was reviewed and approved as to form by the Kittitas
County Prosecutor's Office.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing the Amendment
to the Fee Schedule for Kittitas County Sheriff s Office to Charge an Optional Fee for
Lamination of Concealed Pistol Licenses.
HANDLING: Please return one copy of the completed Resolution to KCSO for our
records.
