INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT
This Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement dated January 23, 2017 is made by and
between Kittitas County (hereinafter "the County") and City of Roslyn, Washington
(hereinafter "City").
Pursuant to Section 15 of the Interlocal Agreement, which allows for modification on the
agreement based on the mutual consent of the parties in writing, and considering that the
City requires billings to be sent directly to it,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED by and between the County and the City to
amend the Interlocal Agreement (attached hereto as Attachment "A") dated
January , 2017 as follows:
1) The portion of the first sentence of the third paragraph of Page 5 of the
Interlocal Agreement which reads "The County shall transmit billings to the
Chief of Police of the City..." is hereby deleted and replaced. with "The County
shall transmit billings to the City of Roslyn...."
2) All other terms and conditions of the aforementioned Interlocal Agreement shall
remain the same.
