GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE <br />Community Development Block Grants <br />Citizens who have an objection to and its implementation for proposed or <br />operating Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) projects, and./or with <br />the operation of any CDBG funded project, may file a grievance with the Kittitas <br />County Board of Commissioners, at 205 West 5th -- Room. 108, Ellensburg, <br />Washington 99925. Their telephone number is (509) 962-7508, The grievance <br />must be filed in writing, with the desired outcome and/ or proposed resolution <br />to the grievance. The Kittitas County Board of Conuni.ssioners will review all <br />grievances submitted with staff and/or project sponsors, and set a special <br />meeting, where the elected body at the open public meeting will hear and <br />discuss the said grievance. A written decision will be made within 30 business <br />days. The decision of the governing body is final. <br />A record of action taken on each complaint will be maintained as part of the <br />records or minutes at each level of the grievance process. <br />.Adopted this day of � p V -C 2008. <br />ulie A.
