ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve Agreement for Purchase of Water
between Vantage Water System and Kittitas County.
BACKGROUND: This agreement is between Vantage Water System and Kittitas
County. Vantage Water System shall provide water to Kittitas County in accordance
with the terms of this agreement. Kittitas County acknowledges that this agreement
services the entire parcel located at 240 Boat Ramp Road, Vantage. Kittitas County
certifies that the service requested will be in the form of a 5/8” metered service utilized
for commercial purposes, specifically cleaning boats and other similar purposes for the
Marine Unit of KCSO, maximum of 300 gallons per day.
INTERACTION: This Agreement was reviewed and approved by the Kittitas County
Prosecutor’s Office.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve Agreement for Purchase of Water
between Vantage Water System and Kittitas County.
HANDLING: Return one signed original to the Sheriff’s Office
