ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve Resolution Amending previously passed
Resolution awarding funding for Grants pursuant to Law & Justice Council
recommendations on spending of 1/10th of 1% Sales Tax Reserves
BACKGROUND: This amendment is based upon the attached records provided showing
that Mr. Musser personally instead of any official entity of the Ellensburg School District
paid for the items for which reimbursement is sought and was previously approved.
Mr. Musser should be reimbursed as promptly as possible in the normal course of
operations once the originally issued warrant is returned to the Kittitas County Auditor
and made void according to the practices of that office based upon the intent of the Law
and Justice Council and the facts shown in the above referenced attachments.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has reviewed and
approved.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve Resolution Amending previously passed
Resolution awarding funding for Grants pursuant to Law & Justice Council
recommendations on spending of 1/10th of 1% Sales Tax Reserves
HANDLING: Return one signed original to the Sheriff’s Office.
