ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the Professional Services Agreement CH-001
between Kittitas Valley Healthcare and Kittitas County Public Health Department. (Effective
dates: Date of execution-1 year from date of execution)
BACKGROUND:
The Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County Public Health Department
(KCPHD) and Kittitas Valley Healthcare (KVH) allows the health department to send clients to
KVH for screening x-rays. This agreement includes a set fee for these services that was recently
updated to $59.86 for adults (single view) and $71.14 for children (two view).
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutors: Reviewed and approved document on March 13, 2017
Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved document on March 15, 2017
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the Professional Services Agreement CH-001
between Kittitas Valley Healthcare and Kittitas County Public Health Department. (Effective
dates: Date of execution-1 year from date of execution)
HANDLING:
Clerk of the Board notifies the Kittitas County Auditor’s office of approval and return a signed
agreement to public health.
