AGENDA DATE: March 7, 2017
ACTION REQUESTED: Set Public Hearing for Shoreline Substantial Development Permit
BACKGROUND: A recommendation for the approval of SD-15-00002, Big Creek PUD was made by
the Hearing Examiner on February 21, 2017 to approve the Substantial Development
Permit, a condition of the approved PUD. Staff requests the Hearing be set for
March 21, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the County Auditorium.

RECOMMENDATION: CDS Planning Official recommends to the Board of County Commissioners to set
hearing.
