KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />March 7, 2017 <br />Ratify the Chair's signature on Recreation Conservation <br />Office Project Agreement 16-1860C <br />BACKGROUND: In late 2016, the Board of County Commissioners directed <br />staff solicit Recreation Conservation Office (RCO) <br />amending the existing "Ringer Loop Acquisitions and <br />Design" grant. RCO staff completed the requested project <br />amendment in late February 2017. RCO staff expressed a <br />desire for document execution by early March 2017. <br />Public Works staff secured the Chair's signature on RCO <br />documents on March 1, 2017. <br />INTERACTION: Public Works <br />RECOMMENDATION: Ratify the Chair's signature on RCO project agreement <br />number 16-1860C. <br />HANDLING: Return one original to Public Works <br />ATTACHMENTS: Exhibit 1: Resolution ratifying the Chair's signature on <br />RCO Project Agreement 16-1860C. <br />LEAD STAFF: Mark R.
