To respond, please update your service <br />request on CAMAS using the link below. <br />Request #38003 - Service Level Agreement and Statement of Work No 1 - WA <br />State Archives <br />Initial request: <br />I have attached a Service Level Agreement No. 818K-1402 between the Kittitas County <br />Commissioners and the State of Washington, Office of the Secretary of State, Archives & <br />Records Management Division AND a Statement of Work No. 1. These are for our Minutes, <br />Resolutions and Ordinances from 2005 - 2008 that must be microfilmed by the State for <br />permanent retention in accordance with the Local Government Common Records Retention <br />Schedule 1.10 (Meetings and Hearings - GS2012-027) and 1.9 (Local Government Legislation <br />GS50-05A-16. We have scanned in the documents and transferred them to TIF files for the State <br />and will send them over. Can you please review these and let me know if they meet approval or <br />if they need any changes. We'd like to get this on the Commissioners Agenda for their <br />consideration.
