Initial request:
I have attached a Service Level Agreement No. 818K-1402 between the Kittitas County
Commissioners and the State of Washington, Office of the Secretary of State, Archives &
Records Management Division AND a Statement of Work No. 1. These are for our Minutes,
Resolutions and Ordinances from 2005 - 2008 that must be microfilmed by the State for
permanent retention in accordance with the Local Government Common Records Retention
Schedule 1.10 (Meetings and Hearings - GS2012-027) and 1.9 (Local Government Legislation
GS50-05A-16. We have scanned in the documents and transferred them to TIF files for the State
and will send them over. Can you please review these and let me know if they meet approval or
if they need any changes. We'd like to get this on the Commissioners Agenda for their
consideration. Thank you.
