KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: March 7, 2017 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Approve Claim of Dan Haller. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The claimants, Dan Haller (“Mr. Haller”), spouse Lynette Haller, <br />claims a county vehicle backed into his vehicle, causing damage. The <br />total amount of the claim is $848.96, which is the amount Mr. Haller <br />claims it will cost to repair the damage to his vehicle. Kittitas County <br />Claim #201702080011. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Public Health acknowledges the incident listed in the claim. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Public Health recommends approving Kittitas County Claim <br />#201702080011, conditioned on receiving a signed release of all <br />claims from Dan and Lynette Haller. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Original – Clerk of the Board <br /> Copy – Auditor <br /> Copy – Prosecutor <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Claim of Dan Haller <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Christopher Horner, Deputy Prosecuting Attorney <br /> Robin Read, Public Health Administrator <br />
