AGENDA DATE: March 7, 2017
ACTION REQUESTED: Approve Claim of Dan Haller.
BACKGROUND: The claimants, Dan Haller (“Mr. Haller”), spouse Lynette Haller,
claims a county vehicle backed into his vehicle, causing damage. The
total amount of the claim is $848.96, which is the amount Mr. Haller
claims it will cost to repair the damage to his vehicle. Kittitas County
Claim #201702080011.
INTERACTION: Public Health acknowledges the incident listed in the claim.
RECOMMENDATION: Public Health recommends approving Kittitas County Claim
#201702080011, conditioned on receiving a signed release of all
claims from Dan and Lynette Haller.
