AGENDA DATE: March 7, 2017
ACTION REQUESTED: Acknowledge additional language added to the County
Special Event Application regarding Insurance.
BACKGROUND: Deputy Prosecutor Chris Horner requested the BoCC’s
consideration to add additional language to the County
Special Event Application, regarding Insurance
Endorsements.
INTERACTION: Staff invited Deputy Horner to attend a Special Meeting
with the BoCC on 2-23-2017. Mr. Horner presented a red-
line version of the language he would like to see added to
the application for the Board to review. Mr. Horner was at
that time directed to work with Staff and make the changes
presented.
RECOMMENDATION: Formally acknowledge the action taken under Other
Business during a Special Meeting on 2/23/17 and to make
it effective for all applications received after 3/7/2017.
