KITTITAS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: March 7, 2017 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Acknowledge additional language added to the County <br />Special Event Application regarding Insurance. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: Deputy Prosecutor Chris Horner requested the BoCC’s <br />consideration to add additional language to the County <br />Special Event Application, regarding Insurance <br />Endorsements. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Staff invited Deputy Horner to attend a Special Meeting <br />with the BoCC on 2-23-2017. Mr. Horner presented a red- <br />line version of the language he would like to see added to <br />the application for the Board to review. Mr. Horner was at <br />that time directed to work with Staff and make the changes <br />presented. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Formally acknowledge the action taken under Other <br />Business during a Special Meeting on 2/23/17 and to make <br />it effective for all applications received after 3/7/2017. <br /> <br />HANDLING: N/A <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Redline version of language <br /> DRAFT minutes from 2/23/17 <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board <br /> <br />
