AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: February 21, 2017
ACTION REQUESTED: Request the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) review and
approve the Homelessness and Affordable Housing 2017 Request for
Proposals, Grant Application and Scoring Matrix.
BACKGROUND: The Homeless and Affordable Housing Committee (HAHC) and the
Sub-Committee have been working on the RFP documents to
combine the Homelessness Housing grant application and the
Affordable Housing grant application into just one grant application
document for both funding sources.
INTERACTION: During the regularly scheduled meeting of the HAHC on 2-10-17, the
committee reviewed the draft RFP documents and went over the
changes. They requested the documents go to the BOCC for approval
during the February 21, 2017 Agenda session.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve Homelessness and Affordable Housing 2017 Request for
Proposals, Grant Application and Scoring Matrix documents.
