ACTION REQUESTED: Request Boards Signatures on a Professional Service Agreement with
Calebs Hope LLC DBA: Interstate Batteries of Apple Valley for
Removal and Recycling or Proper Disposal of Scrap Lead Acid
Batteries
BACKGROUND: Kittitas County opened bids on February 8th 2017 at 1:00 and Calebs
Hope LLC DBA: Interstate Batteries of Apple were apparent low
bidder on Removal and Recycling or Proper Disposal of Scrap Lead
Acid Batteries.
INTERACTION: The Prosecutors office has reviewed and accepted the Professional
Service Agreement
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Professional Service Agreement with Calebs Hope LLC
DBA: Interstate Batteries of Apple for Removal and Recycling or
Proper Disposal of Scrap Lead Acid Batteries
HANDLING: Original – Clerk of the Board
Copy – Solid Waste
Copy – Prosecutor
