ACTION REQUESTED: Request Boards Signatures on a Professional Service Agreement with
L & S Tire Company for Receiving and Recycle or Properly Dispose
Scrap Tires
BACKGROUND: Kittitas County had a contract with L & S Tire Company for years
and after bids were opened February 8th 2017 at 1:00 they were
apparent low bidder on Receiving and Recycle or Properly Dispose
Scrap Tires.
INTERACTION: The Prosecutors office has reviewed and accepted the Professional
Service Agreement
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Professional Service Agreement with L & S Tire
Company for Receiving and Recycle or Properly Dispose Scrap Tires
HANDLING: Original – Clerk of the Board
Copy – Solid Waste
Copy – Prosecutor
