Excess speeding of motorcycles on East Sparks road. <br />About Cloneapalooza on the weekend of Sept 15th -17th my understanding is that they want it have bands <br />playing until 1 am. This cannot happen. If the commissioners let this happen have it happen in there <br />neighborhood. We live in the Upper County for one reason. Peace and quiet. The Kittitas County Fairgrounds <br />would be a great place to hold these events. <br />Thank you Wayne <br />
