AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: February 7, 2017
ACTION REQUESTED: Request the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) approve and
sign the Collection Agreement between Kittitas County and the
United States Department of Agriculture, U.S. Forest Service
Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest Cle Elum Ranger District in
the amount of $12,000.00.
BACKGROUND: The Collection Agreement in the amount of $12,000.00 was allocated
by the BOCC during the August 16, 2016 Agenda Session for the Cle
Elum Ranger Station weekend staff in summer. The $12,000.00 is
allocated from the Lodging Tax funding.
INTERACTION: The Prosecutor reviewed and modified the Collection Agreement, see
Service Request #34716.
RECOMMENDATION: Request the BOCC approve and sign the attached Collection
Agreement between Kittitas County and the USFS Cle Elum Ranger
District in the amount of $12,000.00.
