ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the Resolution to authorize the execution of an Amendment
to a Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County and Elmview. (Effective dates: January 1,
2017-June 30, 2016)
BACKGROUND:
The PSA Amendment 1 increases the payment rate schedule for Community Access from 30.00 to 32.00 for
the purpose of providing a coordinated and comprehensive local program of services for persons with
developmental disabilities
INTERACTION:
Prosecuting Attorney: Reviewed and approved January 19, 2017
Auditors Office: Reviewed and approve January 30, 2017
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the Resolution to authorize the execution of an Amendment
to a Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County and Elmview. (Effective dates: January 1,
2017-June 30, 2016)
HANDLING:
Send notice of Approval to Auditors Office and send one signed copy back to public health.
