ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve Updated Contract Sum for Professional Services
Agreement for West Septage Pond Reconstruction
BACKGROUND: Kittitas County has a service agreement with Belsaas & Smith to
rebuild damaged septage pond at our Ryegrass Facility during this
project we have come across some unexpected issues that have
resulted in the need for and adjustment to the contract sum and
completion date.
INTERACTION: A Prosecutor review is not needed
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Updated Contract Sum for Professional Services
Agreement for West Septage Pond Reconstruction
HANDLING: Original – Clerk of the Board
