AGENDA DATE: January 17, 2017
ACTION REQUESTED: Request the Board of County Commissioners to set a public hearing to consider
adopting the 2017 Kittitas County Community Development Services Fee
Schedule
BACKGROUND: The 2016 Community Development Services fees have been reviewed to determine
the appropriate fee adjustments for full cost recovery. The proposed 2017 fee
schedule includes fees for planning and building services.
INTERACTION: CDS, Board of County Commissioners
ATTACHMENTS: None. Proposed fee schedule will be provided prior to public hearing.
STAFF
RECOMMENDATION: Set a public hearing on February 7, 2017 at 2:00 pm to consider adopting the 2017
Kittitas County Community Development Services Fee Schedule.
HANLDING: Return one (1) original to Community Development Services.
