AMENDMENT TO
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
This Agreement to the Professional Services Agreement dated January_____ 2017 is
made by and between Kittitas County (hereinafter “the County”) and FCI Custom Cars
(hereinafter “Contractor”).
WHEREAS, on April 3, 2012, the County and Contractor entered into a Professional
Services Agreement for the provision of the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office vehicle builds
and service and maintenance on installed vehicle equipment, and
WHEREAS, this Professional Services Agreement has not lapsed, but has been extended
continuously by amendment in the same manner as described below; and
WHEREAS, the County and the Contractor are agreeable to extending the duration of the
Professional Services Agreement; and
WHEREAS, Section 12 of the Professional Services Agreement allows for modification on
the agreement based on the mutual consent of the parties in writing.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED by and between the County and the
Contractor to amend the Professional Services Agreement (attached hereto as
Attachment “A”) dated January_____, 2017 as follows:
1) The first sentence of the second paragraph of Page 1 of the Professional
Services Agreement which reads “The term of this Agreement shall commence
on April 1, 2012 and continue until December 31, 2013” is hereby deleted and
replaced with “The term of this Agreement shall commence on January_____,
2017 and continue until December 31, 2017. The term of this Agreement may
be extended for additional one-year terms upon mutual agreement of the parties
in writing.”
2) All other terms and conditions of the aforementioned Professional Services
Agreement shall remain the same.
