AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: January 17, 2017
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve the Amendment to Professional Services
Agreement between Kittitas County and FCI Custom Cars.
BACKGROUND: The purpose of this Amendment to Professional Services Agreement
between Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office and FCI Custom Cars is to update and continue
the agreement until December 31, 2017 and extend the agreement for additional one year
terms upon mutual agreement of both parties in writing.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has reviewed and
approved.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve the Amendment to Professional Services
Agreement between Kittitas County and FCI Custom Cars.
HANDLING: Please return two sets of signed originals to Kittitas County Sheriff’s
Office, so we can send them to the vendor for signatures; they will keep one completely
executed original copy and send one back to the County.
