AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: January 17, 2017
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge the Equitable Sharing Agreement
and Certification Form for FY2016.
BACKGROUND: In 2007 the Sheriff’s Office signed an agreement with the U.S.
Department of Justice to be a part of the Federal Equitable Sharing Program. In addition
to this program an Annual Certification report needs to be completed and submitted to the
U.S. Department of Justice.
INTERACTION: This interagency agreement was reviewed and approved by the
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Acknowledge the Equitable Sharing Agreement
and Certification Form for FY2016.
HANDLING: No handling.
