ACTION REQUESTED: REQUEST TO APPROVE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT
AND SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT WITH TEAMSTERS LOCAL 760
(LINE UNION)
BACKGROUND: Teamsters Local 760 represents the interests of Line Deputies
employed by the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office. The previous
Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) expired 12/31/16.
Representation for Local 760 and representation for Kittitas
County have reached a point of agreement on a continuing
contract.
The members of Local 760 have voted to accept the proposed
contract language.
The Subscription Agreement indicates the medical, dental, vision,
and life coverage available to members of this Union for the
duration of the CBA.

RECOMMENDATION: The Human Resource Department recommends Board approval of
the attached CBA and Chair signature on the Subscription
Agreement.
HANDLING: CBA: Please return two (2) originals to HR.
Subscription Agreement: Please return the one (1) original to HR.
