KITTITAS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: January 17, 2017 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Appoint Robert Eddings to the Kittitas County Fair <br />Board. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: Currently there is one vacancy on the County Fair <br />Board. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Staff published notice of vacancies through the <br />County’s Press Release application which sends <br />notice to the Daily Record, the County website and <br />KXLE Radio. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Consider the Appointment of Robert Eddings to the <br />Kittitas County Fair Board for a 3 year term <br />effective immediately and expiring on 12/31/2019. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Staff to notify Mr. Eddings of the Boards action, <br />and to update the website to reflect Mr. Eddings <br />term. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Eddings Application <br /> Fair Board letter of support <br /> <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board
