KITTITAS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: January 17, 2017 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Consider the reappointment of Cindy Ultican to the Kittitas County <br />Homelessness & Affordable Housing Committee. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: On November 1, 2016 & December 14, 2016 Staff sent notice to <br />Ms. Ultican of her term coming to an end on the County <br />Homelessness & Affordable Housing Committee. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: On January 9, 2017 Staff received an e-mail from Ms. Ultican <br />requesting the BoCC consider her for reappointment. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Reappoint Ms. Ultican to the Homelessness and Affordable <br />Housing Committee for a 2 year term effective immediately. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Deputy Clerk of the Board to notify Ms. Ultican of the County <br />Commissioner’s decision, update public website and send <br />notification to the Clerk of the HAHC. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Ultican Application <br /> Ultican E-mail requesting reappointment <br /> Ultican Notice Letters <br /> <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board
